Can you quote for a full kitchen fit out in October?
Google searchMore of the right people ask for you.
Global LCB runs marketing for small and mid sized businesses. We find the people already looking for what you sell, give them a reason to pick you, and send the enquiries straight to you. You keep doing the work you are good at.
One call, no slide deck. If we are not the right people for the job, we say so.
We work with owners who sell to real people, in a real place.
- Trades and home services
- Clinics and studios
- Local retail
- Restaurants and cafes
- Professional services
- Small online shops
Three jobs, in this order.
Most marketing fails because it skips one of them. Traffic with nothing to land on, a beautiful site nobody finds, or a stream of new customers who never come back.
Get found
When someone nearby needs what you sell, yours is the name that comes up.
- Search and maps
- Paid search that stops when it stops paying
- Listings, reviews and reputation
Get chosen
Being seen is half of it. What they land on has to answer the question they arrived with.
- Pages built for one decision
- Clear pricing and offers
- Photos, proof and real reviews
Get them back
The cheapest customer you will ever get is the one who already paid you once.
- Email and messages people open
- Seasonal campaigns planned early
- Asking for referrals at the right moment
The first ninety days.
No mystery, no six month wait to find out whether it worked. Here is exactly what happens after you say yes.
Week one and two
We look before we spend
We go through your numbers, your past campaigns and the competitors taking your calls. You get a written plan with the cost on it, before a single pound reaches an ad platform.
Week three to six
We build the first version
Pages, tracking, campaigns and the words that carry them. Small and live beats big and late, so the first version ships fast and we watch what it actually does.
Week seven to twelve
We keep what pays
Every fortnight we cut what loses money and move that budget behind what wins. You see the same report we do, on the same day we do.
Four numbers, every month.
Impressions and engagement do not pay wages. These are the numbers we send you, in plain language, whether the month went well or badly.
Enquiries
How many people asked you for something, split by where they came from, so you know which channel earned it.
Cost per enquiry
What you paid to make each one happen, this month set against last month, with our fee shown separately from the ad budget.
Work booked
How many of those enquiries turned into a job, a booking or an order. Enquiries that never convert are a problem we own too.
Return on spend
What the whole budget gave back. When that number stops making sense, you hear it from us first.
If a channel stops paying for itself, we tell you to switch it off. Even when it is the one you hired us to run.
We would rather lose the contract than sell you something you do not need.
Global LCB started because too many small businesses were paying every month for work nobody could explain to them. Long reports, busy charts, and a bank balance that never moved.
So we work in the open. You own every account, every page and every list we build, from day one. If we ever part ways, none of it walks out of the door with us.
Every month we give two things away. One full marketing review for a business that cannot afford an agency yet, and one rebuilt page for a charity or community group. Ask for it and it is yours, with no catch and no pitch afterwards.
Questions owners actually ask.
It depends on how much ground you want covered, so we quote after the first call, in writing, with our fee and your ad budget on separate lines. You will never get a single number from us with one hidden inside the other.
No. We work month to month. If the work stops paying for itself you should be able to walk away that month, so that is how we set it up.
The person you meet on the first call. We stay small on purpose, so your account never gets handed to someone you have never spoken to.
Paid channels can move in the first few weeks. Search and reputation are slower, usually three to six months. We tell you that before you pay us, not after.
Then ask us for the free review instead of a contract. If the person you have is doing well, we will tell you so and leave you alone.
Tell us what you sell, and who you want more of.
Twenty minutes on a call. We ask about your numbers, you ask about ours. Nobody has to decide anything on that call.
